Terms of Service
Last Updated: May 9, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the websites and services operated by RestoreU Learning (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including www.angeronlinecourse.com and www.restoreulearning.org. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Registration
To enroll in a course, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including your legal name, date of birth, email address, and state of residence. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your legal name as provided during registration will appear on your certificate of completion. Ensure all information is accurate, as certificates cannot be re-issued with corrected names without identity verification.
2. Course Enrollment and Access
Upon successful payment, you will receive immediate access to your selected course. Your enrollment includes:
- Unlimited access to the course material for the duration specified in your enrollment
- An enrollment verification letter, emailed immediately upon enrollment
- A certificate of completion, available for instant download upon completing all course requirements
Courses are self-paced. You may start, stop, and resume at any time. Your progress is saved automatically.
3. Course Completion Requirements
To receive your certificate of completion, you must:
- Complete the minimum number of hours specified in your enrollment tier
- Actively engage with the course material (our system tracks active engagement time)
- Complete all required knowledge assessments
Our anti-cheat system monitors for inactive sessions, tab-switching, and other indicators of non-engagement. Time recorded during inactive periods will not count toward your completion hours.
4. Certificate Acceptance
Our certificates of completion are accepted by courts, probation offices, employers, and attorneys nationwide. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance by every individual court, judge, or jurisdiction, as acceptance is ultimately at the discretion of the receiving authority.
We strongly recommend verifying with your court, probation officer, or attorney that an online course will be accepted before enrolling.
If your certificate is not accepted for any reason, contact us at info@restoreulearning.org. We will work with your court or officer to resolve the situation.
5. Payment and Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
The course price includes your enrollment verification letter and certificate of completion. There are no hidden fees.
6. Refund Policy
If you have not begun the course material (0% progress), you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by contacting us at info@restoreulearning.org. Once you have begun the course (any progress recorded), refunds are not available, as the course material has been accessed and the enrollment verification letter has been issued.
7. Intellectual Property
All course content, including text, images, videos, and assessments, is the intellectual property of RestoreU Learning and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any course material without our written permission.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Share your account credentials with any other person
- Attempt to circumvent the course timing system or anti-cheat measures
- Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the course
- Provide false or misleading information during registration
- Reproduce, distribute, or share course content
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RestoreU Learning shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of or inability to use our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific course enrollment at issue.
10. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
